Refunds are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Available for all items shipped through Bosta:
You may open and try the item before deciding to receive it.
If you decide to keep the item, you must pay the shipping fee.
If you choose not to receive the item, you only pay the return shipping fee charged by Bosta.

Exchanges are accepted within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will provide a full replacement or full refund, including all shipping fees.
